A couple of months ago,I gave away a nice “Under Construction” template which had a big success.Today,I have the honor of giving away the free WordPress version of the template,celebrating my new project, Delicious Themes.com, where you`ll find in the near future great premium WordPress themes.

About the theme
This template is a simple one page “Under Construction” WordPress theme.It has a nice interface and a great admin panel.You don`t have to modify code because you have all the stuffs inside the admin panel.All you have to do is to copy the theme inside wordpress and activate it and then change the data from the custom admin panel with your data.

I use your under construction site and its awesome. The only thing is that the slider at the bottom does not work. It works before I post it on the server but then it stops responding after its been uploaded to the server, any Ideas?

I’m having traoubles in the WordPress theme setup. It says:
Incompatible File. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hi, MonteCito: . I have the solution. Download and decompress the zip file, then recompress [only all files and folders within ZIP file] and upload it to /wp-content/plugins/

Descarga, descomprime, comprime, sube, i eso es todo, solo asegúrate de comprimir no una carpeta sino los archivos [y carpetas] que están dentro del archivo ZIP

Oh, I forgot, do not put special compression features, otherwise the same thing will happen

try do upgrade wordpress to 2.9 and run the theme again!
