Great designs, and all of the comments so far are all great as well, I believe that access to great inspiration is one of the most important elements in an efficient design process. When you have all the customer expectations and requirements piled up in your head and a rough idea of the end result it is time seek tons of inspiration to mature your ideas and speed up the process.

I have the Graphstock and some of he gomedia packages , and they are great: Graphstock for some good PSD layouts and The arsenal is very good in terms of vector files – Very advanced ones
